Five years ago just before my father Randy Mercer passed away from cancer, he told me to follow my dreams and do what makes me happy. After living in and cycling around Japan and Korea, I've been planning this trip since coming back home in honour of my father. Knockin' on Heaven's Door
Rand used to play music to heal and although he never explicitly taught any of us how to play, I think we all saw the value of music and, for me personally, music's ability to heal.
